Handheld cinematic footage in a modern apartment kitchen at dusk. A young woman cooks at a stainless gas stove, mostly shown from the side and slightly behind so her face is not clearly visible (cropped at cheek level or turned away). She wears a fitted mauve lounge set. She stirs a pot slowly with a wooden spoon, pauses to taste the aroma, then reaches for a bottle of olive oil and lightly pours some into the pot. She glances down at an open cookbook on the counter, flips a page with her fingertips, then returns to stirring. Subtle body shifts: weight transfers between feet, small shoulder movement, relaxed posture, natural breathing. Hair moves slightly as she turns. Camera style: handheld, close and intimate, gentle micro-jitter, small reframes and push-ins, occasional rack focus from the pot to her hands to the cookbook. Warm interior lighting with soft shadows, city window background slightly blurred. Focus on hands, pot, stovetop flame, cookbook, and mid-torso framing. Motion is smooth, lifelike, anatomically accurate—no robotic movement. 9:16 vertical, realistic textures, cinematic depth of field.
